Yesterday for reading, we did vocabulary pyramids! The words that we have to do word pyramids of are from the text that we have to read. Which is why each reading group has different words that they do! The word pyramids are basically: Word, definition of the word, the word in a sentence, and synonyms for the word. A new word I learnt from this is Tuakana-Teina! It means the relationship between an older and younger sibling or close relative.
